Mr Charles Oduro-Nyarko

Mr. Charles Oduro-Nyarko, is a top notch Chartered Accountant and Management Consultant with appreciable knowledge in Information Technology. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ghana (ICAG). Charles is also a Member of Institute of Directors, Ghana and the Institute of Internal Auditors. He holds, as well, a BSc(Admin-Accounting) and MBA(Finance)
from the University Of Ghana Business School and MSc IT from BlueCrest College, Ghana. Additionally, he has Certificates in Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Strategic Management, both from GIMPA, Consulting Practice from Ghana Institute of Consulting and Financial Management from Illinois State University, USA. He has also attended several conferences, seminars and
workshops Globally.

Mr. Oduro-Nyarko has excellent expertise in Financial & Management Accounting, Corporate Finance, Systems Auditing, Strategic Management and Corporate Governance. For over twenty-five years Charles has had varying working experience in senior Management Positions, in the Public, Private sectors and External Audit practice between 1996 – 2021. He has successfully managed
organizational development & change, including infrastructural development, grew and improved the solvency, profitability and/ or surpluses of organizations. Charles has also led teams to execute high profile Audit assignments in diverse industries and sectors, including mining, energy, telecommunication, construction, real estates, hospitality, education, in Ghana and West Africa. He serves on Boards and Audit Committees of some successful companies and businesses.
